全斷面硬巖掘進機在煤業的應用

摘要:針對和瑞煤業大斷面全巖(yan)巷(xiang)道以(yi)往主要采(cai)用鉆爆法(fa)施工,巷(xiang)道掘(jue)進(jin)效(xiao)率低(di)(di)下(xia),嚴重(zhong)制(zhi)約礦井的(de)生產(chan)接替情況,進(jin)行(xing)基(ji)于TBM盾構機設備應(ying)用的(de)全斷面硬(ying)巖(yan)巷(xiang)道快(kuai)速掘(jue)進(jin)工藝的(de)實踐應(ying)用研究。實踐效(xiao)果理想,西一盤(pan)區(qu)回風巷(xiang)掘(jue)進(jin)速度提高(gao)了(le)3.8倍,對比鉆爆法(fa)掘(jue)進(jin)作業(ye)每(mei)米單價低(di)(di)1340元(yuan),經濟效(xiao)益顯(xian)著(zhu)。

山西澤州天泰和瑞煤業(ye)近年來新掘巷道(dao)中全(quan)巖巷道(dao)占比達35%左(zuo)右(you)。該煤礦采用鉆爆法(fa)施工(gong)全(quan)巖巷,破(po)、裝(zhuang)、運(yun)、支無法(fa)連續作業(ye),掘進效率(lv)低(di)下,且粉塵濃(nong)度(du)較高,嚴重(zhong)制約礦井的(de)生產接(jie)替。因此,必須對全(quan)巖巷道(dao)掘進設備及工(gong)藝進行(xing)優化調整[1-3],有效提高全(quan)巖巷道(dao)的(de)掘進效率(lv)。

1工程概況

山西(xi)(xi)澤州天泰和(he)瑞煤(mei)(mei)(mei)業(ye)礦(kuang)井面(mian)積1.2435km2,設(she)計生(sheng)產能力(li)45萬t/a,主要開采(cai)3#煤(mei)(mei)(mei)層(ceng)。和(he)瑞煤(mei)(mei)(mei)業(ye)西(xi)(xi)一盤(pan)(pan)區(qu)回(hui)風(feng)巷(xiang)(xiang)長(chang)度(du)2235m,滿足(zu)西(xi)(xi)一盤(pan)(pan)區(qu)回(hui)風(feng)、行人、運(yun)輸的需(xu)要。西(xi)(xi)一盤(pan)(pan)區(qu)回(hui)風(feng)巷(xiang)(xiang)開采(cai)的3#煤(mei)(mei)(mei)層(ceng)厚(hou)度(du)5.60~6.10m,平均(jun)厚(hou)度(du)5.80m;煤(mei)(mei)(mei)層(ceng)傾角1°~3°,平均(jun)傾角2°。直(zhi)接頂為(wei)泥巖(yan),厚(hou)度(du)1.07~2.18m;基本頂為(wei)中(zhong)砂巖(yan),局部(bu)為(wei)砂質泥巖(yan),厚(hou)度(du)1.54~15.86m。煤(mei)(mei)(mei)層(ceng)硬度(du)f=5。巷(xiang)(xiang)道底板與3#煤(mei)(mei)(mei)留設(she)54m層(ceng)間(jian)距(ju)。根(gen)據鄰近(jin)巷(xiang)(xiang)道揭露(lu),預計里程794m、1254m、1498m處分別存(cun)在H>7.0m、16.5m和(he)19.8m的正斷(duan)層(ceng),無陷落柱、沖刷等其(qi)他構(gou)造。西(xi)(xi)一盤(pan)(pan)區(qu)回(hui)風(feng)巷(xiang)(xiang)設(she)計斷(duan)面(mian)直(zhi)徑5.8m,掘進斷(duan)面(mian)面(mian)積26.42m2,全巖(yan)網噴(pen)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)護,噴(pen)漿厚(hou)100mm。支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)護采(cai)用Φ22mm×2400mm的MG400左旋無縱(zong)筋螺(luo)紋鋼錨(mao)(mao)桿,以巷(xiang)(xiang)道中(zhong)心線(xian)對(dui)稱布置,間(jian)排(pai)距(ju)為(wei)1200mm×1000mm,每排(pai)7根(gen),配W型鋼帶(450mm×280mm×3mm)、碟形(xing)托(tuo)盤(pan)(pan)(150mm×150mm×10mm),掛(gua)Φ4mm菱(ling)形(xing)金(jin)屬網。采(cai)用1支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)MSK2330和(he)1支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)MSZ2360樹指錨(mao)(mao)固劑(ji)。

2全巖巷道掘進設備分析

為實現全巖巷道的快速掘進,和瑞煤業引進了SS51300型盾構機作為全斷面硬巖掘進機使用(yong)。SS51300型盾(dun)(dun)(dun)構機(ji)采用(yong)模塊化(hua)結構,由刀(dao)(dao)(dao)盤、護(hu)盾(dun)(dun)(dun)、整機(ji)功率2400kW。盾(dun)(dun)(dun)體總(zong)長(chang)9m,包(bao)括前(qian)(qian)(qian)盾(dun)(dun)(dun)、中(zhong)盾(dun)(dun)(dun)和(he)尾(wei)盾(dun)(dun)(dun)3部分。前(qian)(qian)(qian)盾(dun)(dun)(dun)為(wei)敞開(kai)支(zhi)撐(cheng)式(shi),主(zhu)要用(yong)于(yu)支(zhi)撐(cheng)刀(dao)(dao)(dao)盤和(he)主(zhu)驅動(dong)(dong),并(bing)作為(wei)主(zhu)推(tui)油(you)缸(gang)回縮(suo)時(shi)的(de)支(zhi)撐(cheng)點,內(nei)(nei)裝350kW變頻電(dian)機(ji)6臺(tai),用(yong)于(yu)驅動(dong)(dong)主(zhu)軸承及刀(dao)(dao)(dao)盤工作。中(zhong)盾(dun)(dun)(dun)為(wei)伸縮(suo)盾(dun)(dun)(dun),可(ke)前(qian)(qian)(qian)后(hou)伸縮(suo)保(bao)證設(she)(she)(she)備的(de)正常步進(jin),內(nei)(nei)設(she)(she)(she)8組(zu)(zu)主(zhu)推(tui)油(you)缸(gang),是設(she)(she)(she)備前(qian)(qian)(qian)進(jin)的(de)動(dong)(dong)力(li)(li),并(bing)設(she)(she)(she)16組(zu)(zu)鉸(jiao)接油(you)缸(gang),連接前(qian)(qian)(qian)盾(dun)(dun)(dun)和(he)尾(wei)盾(dun)(dun)(dun)。尾(wei)盾(dun)(dun)(dun)為(wei)盾(dun)(dun)(dun)體前(qian)(qian)(qian)進(jin)推(tui)力(li)(li)的(de)支(zhi)撐(cheng)點,總(zong)質量超過100t。刀(dao)(dao)(dao)盤直徑5.8m,可(ke)雙向旋轉,利(li)用(yong)滾刀(dao)(dao)(dao)碾壓破(po)碎巖石(shi)。后(hou)配(pei)套:包(bao)括錨(mao)桿鉆平臺(tai)、臺(tai)車(che)及各(ge)類配(pei)套設(she)(she)(she)備。后(hou)配(pei)套包(bao)含多(duo)個(ge)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)。排矸(gan)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong):由盾(dun)(dun)(dun)體內(nei)(nei)的(de)移動(dong)(dong)式(shi)帶式(shi)輸(shu)送(song)機(ji)、尾(wei)盾(dun)(dun)(dun)和(he)后(hou)配(pei)套臺(tai)車(che)內(nei)(nei)的(de)固定帶式(shi)輸(shu)送(song)機(ji)組(zu)(zu)成。支(zhi)護(hu)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong):由支(zhi)護(hu)平臺(tai)、2臺(tai)液(ye)壓錨(mao)桿機(ji)和(he)指形(xing)護(hu)盾(dun)(dun)(dun)組(zu)(zu)成,可(ke)作為(wei)臨時(shi)前(qian)(qian)(qian)探梁(liang),并(bing)對網片進(jin)行(xing)存儲和(he)支(zhi)撐(cheng),可(ke)在150°擺角范圍(wei)內(nei)(nei)支(zhi)護(hu)作業。超前(qian)(qian)(qian)鉆探系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong):在錨(mao)桿鉆平臺(tai)下(xia)方安設(she)(she)(she)氣動(dong)(dong)鉆機(ji),可(ke)實現超前(qian)(qian)(qian)鉆探90m,滿足井下(xia)探放水要求。泡沫系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong):主(zhu)要是通過注入泡沫改良渣(zha)土性(xing)質,防止泥巖黏(nian)結在刀(dao)(dao)(dao)盤上而降低切削效率,降低刀(dao)(dao)(dao)盤扭矩,減少刀(dao)(dao)(dao)具磨(mo)損,保(bao)證順利(li)排矸(gan)。

3工業性試驗

3.1井下組裝

3.1.1組(zu)(zu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)室(shi)(shi)布(bu)(bu)置本次(ci)盾(dun)(dun)構機實現井下(xia)組(zu)(zu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang),硐(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)室(shi)(shi)全長90m,分為始(shi)發硐(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)室(shi)(shi)、盾(dun)(dun)體組(zu)(zu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)硐(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)室(shi)(shi)、臺(tai)車(che)存放硐(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)室(shi)(shi)和(he)臺(tai)車(che)組(zu)(zu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)硐(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)室(shi)(shi)4部分。硐(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)室(shi)(shi)施工斷(duan)(duan)面(mian)(mian)大(da)、支(zhi)(zhi)護(hu)難(nan)度大(da)。硐(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)室(shi)(shi)內布(bu)(bu)置龍門吊(diao)3臺(tai),包括100t的(de)(de)1臺(tai)、5t的(de)(de)1臺(tai)、10t的(de)(de)1臺(tai)。3.1.2硐(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)室(shi)(shi)支(zhi)(zhi)護(hu)參數盾(dun)(dun)體組(zu)(zu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)硐(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)室(shi)(shi)掘進斷(duan)(duan)面(mian)(mian)面(mian)(mian)積達120m2,采(cai)用全巖錨(mao)(mao)網噴支(zhi)(zhi)護(hu),噴漿(jiang)厚度120mm,采(cai)用分層施工,采(cai)用Φ22mm×2400mm左旋無縱(zong)筋螺紋鋼(gang)錨(mao)(mao)桿,間排(pai)(pai)距1800mm×1000mm,錨(mao)(mao)索規(gui)格(ge)為Φ17.8mm×6300mm,間排(pai)(pai)距1800mm×1000mm,錨(mao)(mao)桿、錨(mao)(mao)索交替布(bu)(bu)置,錨(mao)(mao)桿配W型鋼(gang)帶(4800/3900/3000mm×250mm×4mm),同時(shi)采(cai)用錨(mao)(mao)索組(zu)(zu)補(bu)強支(zhi)(zhi)護(hu),“3-2-3”布(bu)(bu)置,錨(mao)(mao)索規(gui)格(ge)為Φ17.8mm×6300mm/8300mm,間排(pai)(pai)距3000mm×2000mm。始(shi)發硐(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)室(shi)(shi)掘進斷(duan)(duan)面(mian)(mian)面(mian)(mian)積30.76m2,全巖錨(mao)(mao)網噴支(zhi)(zhi)護(hu),噴漿(jiang)厚度200mm。因盾(dun)(dun)構機撐緊油缸行程(cheng)較(jiao)小,硐(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)室(shi)(shi)要(yao)求質量(liang)較(jiao)高,施工難(nan)度較(jiao)大(da)。3.1.3組(zu)(zu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)工藝(yi)、工序(xu)(1)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)運(yun)方式受罐(guan)籠及巷道(dao)運(yun)輸(shu)能(neng)力限制,盾(dun)(dun)構機裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)運(yun)分2個階段(duan),I階段(duan)(地面(mian)(mian)卸裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)、入井、運(yun)輸(shu)):經地面(mian)(mian)龍門吊(diao)卸車(che)并裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)至(zhi)特制平板車(che)后(hou)(hou),分批(pi)進、出罐(guan)籠,并運(yun)至(zhi)組(zu)(zu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)鬧(nao)室(shi)(shi);Ⅱ階段(duan)(井下(xia)硐(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)室(shi)(shi)卸車(che)、組(zu)(zu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)、調(diao)試):經硐(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)室(shi)(shi)內的(de)(de)龍門吊(diao)卸車(che)、組(zu)(zu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang),待組(zu)(zu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)完(wan)成(cheng)后(hou)(hou)進行調(diao)試。(2)組(zu)(zu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)方案(an)先(xian)組(zu)(zu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)主機,后(hou)(hou)組(zu)(zu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)后(hou)(hou)配套(tao)臺(tai)車(che),即先(xian)完(wan)成(cheng)刀盤(pan)、主驅(qu)動、前盾(dun)(dun)、中盾(dun)(dun)和(he)尾盾(dun)(dun)組(zu)(zu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)工作,然后(hou)(hou)完(wan)成(cheng)連(lian)接橋、錨(mao)(mao)桿鉆、潛孔鉆、帶式輸(shu)送機和(he)臺(tai)車(che)等后(hou)(hou)配套(tao)的(de)(de)組(zu)(zu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)工作,最后(hou)(hou)完(wan)成(cheng)管線連(lian)接,整機組(zu)(zu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)完(wan)畢。

3.2盾構機施工工藝和工序

3.3效果分析

從(cong)2021年(nian)3月1日(ri)至2021年(nian)4月底(di),實際生(sheng)產50d左(zuo)右,掘(jue)進(jin)進(jin)尺(chi)(chi)(chi)510m,平均日(ri)進(jin)尺(chi)(chi)(chi)10.2m,最(zui)高日(ri)進(jin)尺(chi)(chi)(chi)28.6m。隨著操作工(gong)人日(ri)漸熟練,單進(jin)正在(zai)穩步上(shang)升(sheng),預期月進(jin)尺(chi)(chi)(chi)可達(da)450m以上(shang)。對比之前的鉆爆法,掘(jue)進(jin)速度提高了3.8倍。

3.4經濟(ji)效益分析

以和瑞煤業西一盤區回風巷為(wei)研究對(dui)象(xiang)進(jin)行(xing)工(gong)程費(fei)(fei)用(yong)測算,采用(yong)鉆爆法與盾構(gou)(gou)機(ji)(ji)法的對(dui)比(bi)進(jin)行(xing)經濟(ji)效益分析(xi)。鉆爆法所需人工(gong)費(fei)(fei)約(yue)(yue)1531.20萬(wan)(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan),材料費(fei)(fei)約(yue)(yue)472.32萬(wan)(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan),機(ji)(ji)械(xie)費(fei)(fei)約(yue)(yue)163.08萬(wan)(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan),合計(ji)2166.60萬(wan)(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan),按預算取費(fei)(fei)后(hou)共計(ji)3521.38萬(wan)(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan),因(yin)此(ci)鉆爆法每米(mi)(mi)(mi)掘進(jin)單(dan)價為(wei)1.601萬(wan)(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan);盾構(gou)(gou)機(ji)(ji)法所需人工(gong)費(fei)(fei)約(yue)(yue)496.32萬(wan)(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan),材料費(fei)(fei)約(yue)(yue)1143.16萬(wan)(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan),機(ji)(ji)械(xie)費(fei)(fei)約(yue)(yue)356.32萬(wan)(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan),合計(ji)2166.60萬(wan)(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan),按預算取費(fei)(fei)后(hou)共計(ji)3226.89萬(wan)(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan),因(yin)此(ci)盾構(gou)(gou)機(ji)(ji)法每米(mi)(mi)(mi)掘進(jin)單(dan)價為(wei)1.467萬(wan)(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan)。盾構(gou)(gou)機(ji)(ji)法對(dui)比(bi)鉆爆法掘進(jin)作業(ye)每米(mi)(mi)(mi)單(dan)價低(di)1340元(yuan)(yuan),經濟(ji)效益顯著。

4結論

SS51300型盾構機集破、裝、運、支于一體,可以有效提高巷道掘進效率,降低勞動強度。以和瑞煤業西一盤區回風巷為案例,進行了SS51300型盾構機的全斷面硬巖快速掘進工藝的實踐應用研究(jiu)。實(shi)踐效(xiao)果理(li)想,西一盤區(qu)回風巷掘(jue)進速度提(ti)高(gao)了3.8倍,對比鉆爆法掘(jue)進作業每米單價低1340元,經濟效(xiao)益顯(xian)著。SS51300型盾(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)機(ji)(ji)在(zai)應用(yong)過程中,盾(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)機(ji)(ji)個別(bie)部件仍然超長(chang)、超重,給盾(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)機(ji)(ji)始(shi)發硐室的(de)建(jian)設(she)、盾(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)機(ji)(ji)組裝(zhuang)、始(shi)發以及設(she)備(bei)運輸等帶(dai)來挑戰(zhan),同(tong)時盾(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)機(ji)(ji)施(shi)工(gong)工(gong)藝、工(gong)序與以往掘(jue)進工(gong)藝、工(gong)序大不相同(tong),在(zai)設(she)備(bei)操作、導(dao)向測量(liang)、超前鉆探、液壓(ya)錨桿鉆機(ji)(ji)操作等方面(mian)人才(cai)短缺,這些都是需要克服的(de)問題(ti)。
