摘要:為解決露天煤礦生產過程中運輸車輛燃油消耗大,人為因素導致加油數據不準確,同時受油車燃油加注的合法性,運輸及剩余燃油存儲的安全性得不到保證等問題,分析了加油車燃油運輸與加注的(de)核心(xin)環節(jie)(jie),針對(dui)傳統管理(li)模式的(de)弊端,從燃(ran)油作(zuo)業和安全2個(ge)方面對(dui)加油車(che)進行(xing)升(sheng)級改造,實行(xing)智慧礦山燃(ran)油信息(xi)化(hua)管理(li)。結果表(biao)明:通過加油車(che)信息(xi)化(hua)升(sheng)級,實現了燃(ran)油運輸、加注、存儲(chu)安全節(jie)(jie)能(neng)有(you)效。

5結語

西灣露天煤礦加油車燃油監控管理系統的實施,克服了手寫帳,人工錄諸多傳統管理上的弊端,實現了提油、加油作業過程的信息化,燃油狀態監控與防盜功能得到進一步強化,很好地解決了燃油管理中的“跑冒滴漏”的問題,降低了燃油非生產性損耗,燃油管理制度也進一步得到完善,燃油統計分析與核算更加準確和高效,為露天煤礦智慧礦山建設提(ti)供(gong)了(le)基礎數(shu)據支(zhi)持(chi),完成了(le)節能環保(bao)、降本增效等(deng)多項管理(li)指標。
