[摘要]工科建設以(yi)大(da)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)觀教(jiao)育理(li)(li)念(nian)為基礎(chu),以(yi)社會價值為導向,注重(zhong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)創(chuang)新意識(shi)的培(pei)養和(he)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)倫理(li)(li)精神(shen)的塑(su)造,但由(you)于工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)倫理(li)(li)在(zai)我國高等工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)教(jiao)育中(zhong)(zhong)的長(chang)期(qi)缺(que)位(wei),工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)倫理(li)(li)教(jiao)學與實(shi)踐嚴重(zhong)缺(que)失(shi),工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)科學生的社會責任意識(shi)與工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)匠精神(shen)匱乏,新形勢(shi)下提升工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)倫理(li)(li)教(jiao)育質(zhi)量的有效路徑成為新工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)科建(jian)設(she)的關(guan)鍵。課程(cheng)思政是立德(de)樹人標準下推進思政教(jiao)育的重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)場(chang)域,將工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)倫理(li)(li)教(jiao)育要(yao)(yao)素融(rong)入(ru)到課程(cheng)思政教(jiao)學體系(xi)中(zhong)(zhong),以(yi)新工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)科建(jian)設(she)和(he)課程(cheng)思政為主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)抓手,能夠提高工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)科學生的工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)意識(shi)與工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)倫理(li)(li)能力。

新(xin)(xin)時代新(xin)(xin)形勢下,科(ke)(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)革命與(yu)(yu)(yu)產(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)變(bian)革推動經(jing)濟(ji)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)質量(liang)(liang)(liang)發(fa)(fa)展。為(wei)(wei)適應國(guo)內(nei)國(guo)際形勢變(bian)化(hua)(hua),人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)強國(guo)、科(ke)(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)興國(guo)、創新(xin)(xin)驅動發(fa)(fa)展等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)戰略相繼(ji)部(bu)署與(yu)(yu)(yu)延續,同時,社(she)(she)會變(bian)革、產(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)升(sheng)級、技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)發(fa)(fa)展與(yu)(yu)(yu)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)彼此交融(rong),高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)改革迫在(zai)(zai)眉睫[1]。“卓(zhuo)(zhuo)越工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)計劃”“加入《華(hua)盛頓協(xie)議(yi)》”“工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)認證(zheng)”等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)系(xi)列舉(ju)措都在(zai)(zai)為(wei)(wei)中國(guo)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)朝(chao)著現代化(hua)(hua)、國(guo)際化(hua)(hua)、可(ke)(ke)持續化(hua)(hua)發(fa)(fa)展提(ti)供契機與(yu)(yu)(yu)場(chang)景,高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)改革也取得了(le)切(qie)實(shi)有(you)效(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)豐碩(shuo)成(cheng)(cheng)果。伴隨人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智能(neng)、大數據、智能(neng)制(zhi)造等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不斷(duan)革新(xin)(xin),急需(xu)一(yi)(yi)(yi)大批(pi)心(xin)(xin)懷大工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)念(nian)、掌握信息化(hua)(hua)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)、具(ju)(ju)(ju)備工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)匠精神及(ji)(ji)創新(xin)(xin)意(yi)(yi)識(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)級復合(he)型人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai),這需(xu)要(yao)(yao)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)朝(chao)向質量(liang)(liang)(liang)優(you)先、內(nei)涵建設、高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)階發(fa)(fa)展邁進[2]。如(ru)(ru)何積極響應與(yu)(yu)(yu)主動適應這一(yi)(yi)(yi)變(bian)化(hua)(hua),工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)界提(ti)出(chu)了(le)“回歸工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)”的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)倡議(yi)。新(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)科(ke)(ke)建設順勢而為(wei)(wei),成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)(wei)中國(guo)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)轉(zhuan)型發(fa)(fa)展的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)節(jie)點。各院校(xiao)也結合(he)自(zi)身(shen)區域優(you)勢、辦(ban)學特(te)色、資源稟(bing)賦等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng),開展了(le)前(qian)(qian)期(qi)探(tan)索(suo)與(yu)(yu)(yu)具(ju)(ju)(ju)體(ti)實(shi)踐[3]。長期(qi)以來,高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)校(xiao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)普遍存在(zai)(zai)重(zhong)視(shi)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)而忽(hu)視(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)倫(lun)(lun)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)傾向,導致工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)科(ke)(ke)畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)文情懷、綜合(he)創新(xin)(xin)能(neng)力(li)(li)(li)(li)、社(she)(she)會責任等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)缺失(shi),社(she)(she)會倫(lun)(lun)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)責任與(yu)(yu)(yu)職業(ye)(ye)(ye)道(dao)(dao)德(de)(de)(de)缺乏,生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)態(tai)自(zi)然環境保護(hu)意(yi)(yi)識(shi)丟(diu)失(shi)[4]。高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)不應該只教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)方面的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)知(zhi)識(shi),還應該教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)相應的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)道(dao)(dao)德(de)(de)(de)倫(lun)(lun)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)、價值(zhi)準則(ze)、生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)態(tai)環境保護(hu)意(yi)(yi)識(shi)等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng),注重(zhong)學生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)道(dao)(dao)德(de)(de)(de)養(yang)成(cheng)(cheng)與(yu)(yu)(yu)價值(zhi)實(shi)踐,使學生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)(w 4結語

我國當前正(zheng)處(chu)于(yu)經濟轉型發展時(shi)期,工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)與科(ke)學技(ji)術創(chuang)新(xin)融(rong)合發展,急需工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)領域領軍及創(chuang)新(xin)人(ren)(ren)才,新(xin)工(gong)(gong)科(ke)建(jian)設首當其沖。因(yin)此,全(quan)面提(ti)升工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)人(ren)(ren)才培養(yang)(yang)質量,加強工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)倫(lun)理(li)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu),促使工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)技(ji)術教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)與工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)倫(lun)理(li)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)相互融(rong)通,成為(wei)(wei)高(gao)等工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)主流。由于(yu)目(mu)前工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)倫(lun)理(li)的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)路徑并不成熟,需要采取系列措施革新(xin)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)倫(lun)理(li)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)模式(shi),通過(guo)將新(xin)工(gong)(gong)科(ke)核心(xin)素養(yang)(yang)培養(yang)(yang)與課程(cheng)(cheng)思政有(you)效(xiao)融(rong)合貫(guan)通,達到協(xie)同知識育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)、能力育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)及德(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)有(you)機統一,即以培養(yang)(yang)學生工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)倫(lun)理(li)意識為(wei)(wei)目(mu)標(biao),以新(xin)工(gong)(gong)科(ke)建(jian)設和(he)課程(cheng)(cheng)思政為(wei)(wei)主要抓手(shou),構建(jian)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)倫(lun)理(li)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)體系,著(zhu)力將學生培養(yang)(yang)成為(wei)(wei)現代工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)技(ji)術人(ren)(ren)才。
