1設計原則和內容

1.1結合(he)企(qi)業(ye)實(shi)際(ji)工(gong)作任務實(shi)施過程(cheng)設計實(shi)訓(xun)系統

2實訓系統的可靠性分析

2.1星三角減(jian)壓起(qi)動控制(zhi)電路的工作(zuo)過(guo)程

常(chang)用的星三角(jiao)減(jian)壓(ya)起動控制電(dian)(dian)路如圖1所示。電(dian)(dian)路的工作過(guo)程為合上刀(dao)開(kai)關QS,按(an)(an)下起動按(an)(an)鈕SB2,KM△、KMY接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)(chu)(chu)器(qi)(qi)和KT時(shi)(shi)間繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)得電(dian)(dian),KM△和KMY接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)(chu)(chu)器(qi)(qi)主觸(chu)(chu)(chu)點(dian)(dian)接(jie)(jie)通,電(dian)(dian)動機(ji)定(ding)子繞組星型連接(jie)(jie),電(dian)(dian)動機(ji)減(jian)壓(ya)起動。KT延時(shi)(shi)斷開(kai)常(chang)閉(bi)觸(chu)(chu)(chu)點(dian)(dian)按(an)(an)設定(ding)的時(shi)(shi)間延時(shi)(shi)后(hou)斷開(kai),KMY接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)(chu)(chu)器(qi)(qi)線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)失電(dian)(dian),KMY接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)(chu)(chu)器(qi)(qi)主觸(chu)(chu)(chu)點(dian)(dian)斷開(kai),之后(hou)KT延時(shi)(shi)接(jie)(jie)通常(chang)開(kai)觸(chu)(chu)(chu)點(dian)(dian)按(an)(an)設定(ding)的時(shi)(shi)間延時(shi)(shi)后(hou)閉(bi)合,KM△接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)(chu)(chu)器(qi)(qi)線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)得電(dian)(dian),KM△接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)(chu)(chu)器(qi)(qi)主觸(chu)(chu)(chu)點(dian)(dian)接(jie)(jie)通。此(ci)時(shi)(shi),電(dian)(dian)動機(ji)定(ding)子繞組三角(jiao)形連接(jie)(jie),電(dian)(dian)動機(ji)在額定(ding)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)下運行。

3實訓系統運行故障及解決措施

3.1按(an)下起動按(an)鈕(niu)接觸器不(bu)動作(zuo)

首先檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)(cha)主電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu),在(zai)斷(duan)路(lu)(lu)(lu)器(qi)(qi)閉合的前提下,用電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)源電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),判定電(dian)(dian)源電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)是(shi)否(fou)正常;用電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)相(xiang)間電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)(cha)主電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)線路(lu)(lu)(lu)接(jie)線是(shi)否(fou)正確無誤(wu)。再用電(dian)(dian)阻分階測(ce)量(liang)(liang)法檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)控(kong)制電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)接(jie)線,排除(chu)線路(lu)(lu)(lu)故障。注意(yi)檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)(cha)熱(re)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)是(shi)否(fou)有過載后未(wei)復(fu)位,測(ce)量(liang)(liang)熱(re)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)的常閉觸點在(zai)復(fu)位狀態是(shi)否(fou)通路(lu)(lu)(lu)。判斷(duan)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)接(jie)觸器(qi)(qi)電(dian)(dian)磁線圈(quan)的電(dian)(dian)阻是(shi)否(fou)損壞。

3.2按下(xia)起(qi)動按鈕后電機運行(xing),松開電機停止

測量停止(zhi)按(an)鈕(niu)常閉端是(shi)(shi)否(fou)通路,若不通則(ze)拆(chai)開(kai)按(an)鈕(niu),清(qing)理觸(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)點(dian)或(huo)更(geng)換按(an)鈕(niu);檢(jian)查(cha)KM接觸(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)器(qi)常開(kai)輔(fu)(fu)助(zhu)(zhu)點(dian)在閉合狀(zhuang)態時(shi)(shi)是(shi)(shi)否(fou)通路,若不通則(ze)拆(chai)開(kai)清(qing)理觸(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)點(dian)或(huo)更(geng)換接觸(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)器(qi),或(huo)用(yong)外加常開(kai)輔(fu)(fu)助(zhu)(zhu)觸(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)頭的常開(kai)輔(fu)(fu)助(zhu)(zhu)觸(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)點(dian)替換;檢(jian)查(cha)KM接觸(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)器(qi)起動(dong)按(an)下時(shi)(shi)觸(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)頭是(shi)(shi)否(fou)有彈(dan)跳(tiao),若有彈(dan)跳(tiao),則(ze)檢(jian)查(cha)KM接觸(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)器(qi)的電磁銜鐵表面(mian)是(shi)(shi)否(fou)有異物或(huo)油污(wu)等,由跳(tiao)動(dong)導致的常開(kai)觸(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)點(dian)無法閉合,需(xu)拆(chai)開(kai)清(qing)理或(huo)更(geng)換接觸(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)器(qi)。

3.3按下起動(dong)按鈕后(hou)接觸器動(dong)作(zuo),但電動(dong)機不運(yun)轉檢查主回路

KM接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)(chu)器(qi)(qi)主觸(chu)(chu)點和熱過載繼電(dian)器(qi)(qi)主回路,確(que)認(ren)電(dian)動機(ji)電(dian)源線是否有掉線斷開(kai)的(de)現象;檢查KMY接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)(chu)器(qi)(qi)是否正常(chang);檢查時(shi)間繼電(dian)器(qi)(qi)是否正常(chang)工作,時(shi)間繼電(dian)器(qi)(qi)的(de)常(chang)閉(bi)觸(chu)(chu)點是否導通;檢查KMY接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)(chu)器(qi)(qi)線圈(quan)是否燒壞,KM△接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)(chu)器(qi)(qi)的(de)常(chang)閉(bi)觸(chu)(chu)點是否通路。

3.4三角形起動運行未切換

檢(jian)(jian)查時間(jian)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)器二次起(qi)動輸出是(shi)否正常,檢(jian)(jian)查KMY接觸(chu)器常閉(bi)輔助觸(chu)點是(shi)否通路,檢(jian)(jian)查KM△接觸(chu)器的(de)主觸(chu)點是(shi)否燒壞,檢(jian)(jian)查時間(jian)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)器延時時間(jian)是(shi)否設置太短,電(dian)機負荷過重。

3.5星三(san)角切換時(shi)KM△接觸(chu)器(qi)主觸(chu)頭出現(xian)火花

如果轉換時間設置過短,電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機星(xing)形起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)沒(mei)(mei)有(you)完成,電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機的(de)轉速也還沒(mei)(mei)有(you)達到額(e)定轉速,起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)電(dian)流(liu)還很大的(de)時候進(jin)行(xing)切換,則KM△接觸器(qi)所承受(shou)的(de)電(dian)流(liu)依然是起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)電(dian)流(liu),而(er)產(chan)生打火(huo);星(xing)三角起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)時間與電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機功率和(he)起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)負荷有(you)關。

大功率電動(dong)機(ji)星三角(jiao)起動(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)實訓系統基于企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)工(gong)作典型任務實施(shi)過程(cheng),引入企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)項目(mu)的(de)設計文件和(he)工(gong)藝(yi)文件,能(neng)讓學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)系統地(di)認識企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)工(gong)作任務實施(shi)過程(cheng),了解(jie)和(he)認識企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)電氣控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)電路(lu)安(an)裝與(yu)調試工(gong)作任務實施(shi)的(de)要求(qiu)、工(gong)藝(yi)路(lu)線、工(gong)藝(yi)規(gui)(gui)范和(he)工(gong)作標(biao)準。結合高職院校學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)學(xue)情和(he)教(jiao)育教(jiao)學(xue)的(de)規(gui)(gui)律(lv)開展教(jiao)學(xue)任務實施(shi),完善(shan)教(jiao)學(xue)中的(de)教(jiao)學(xue)演示(shi)、操作模板和(he)評價標(biao)準,更(geng)(geng)直(zhi)觀地(di)展示(shi)星三角(jiao)減(jian)壓(ya)起動(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)運行的(de)過程(cheng)和(he)切(qie)換的(de)現象(xiang),使學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)更(geng)(geng)易于理(li)解(jie)工(gong)作原理(li),更(geng)(geng)好(hao)(hao)地(di)掌握安(an)裝調試的(de)工(gong)藝(yi)規(gui)(gui)范和(he)企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)標(biao)準要求(qiu),使評價考核更(geng)(geng)有針(zhen)對性、更(geng)(geng)加客觀,該實訓系統在教(jiao)學(xue)實踐中應用效(xiao)果(guo)良好(hao)(hao)。
