機載電子設備智能供電方案設計分析

摘要:機載電子設備綜合化程度越來越高,對供電系統可靠性和安全性要求也提出了很高的要求。給出一種余度供電設計方案,采用外部及用電LRM模塊兩級余度供電輸入設計,通過智能電源管理對供電系統進行重(zhong)構管(guan)理、故(gu)障監測、故(gu)障隔離(li),可實現機載設(she)備(bei)供電(dian)系統一次故(gu)障工作、二次故(gu)障安全的(de)要(yao)求(qiu)。驗證結果表明,設(she)計能(neng)夠(gou)大幅提高(gao)綜合化機載電(dian)子設(she)備(bei)供電(dian)系統的(de)可靠性、安全性及可用性。

電子技術高速發展,電子系統的應用領域越來越廣泛,電子設備的種類也越來越多。新一代飛機機載電子設備的小型化、綜合化設計已成為趨勢。隨著機載設備綜合化程度的提高,所承擔的任務數量及其重要性也越來越高,系統中電源設計已不再僅僅是滿足系統供電需求的單一功能單元,供電可靠性和安全性對于機載設備完成飛機任務有著至關重要的作用[1]。余度設計是非常重要的設計方法,該方法可有效提高機載產品的可靠性和安全性,實現產品一次故障工作,二次故障安全等要求[2]。本文結合某項目綜合模塊化航電處理平臺,提出一種雙余度智能供電方案設(she)計,采用(yong)智(zhi)能電源管(guan)理,能夠在發生供電、用(yong)電故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)時,實現故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)的(de)檢測和(he)隔離,防止故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)蔓延,維(wei)持(chi)系統功能性能,為(wei)機載電子設(she)備(bei)安全可靠(kao)工作提供堅實的(de)保障(zhang)。

1系統供電方案設計

2智能電源管理

綜合(he)模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)化航電(dian)處理(li)平(ping)臺中(zhong)有2塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)PSM,PSM采(cai)用1+1并聯(lian)余度工作(zuo)(zuo)方式給每個LRM獨立供(gong)電(dian)。PSM采(cai)用智能電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)設(she)計,接(jie)收(shou)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)命令完成(cheng)電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)管(guan)理(li)功能,電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)管(guan)理(li)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)設(she)計如圖(tu)3所示,工作(zuo)(zuo)原理(li)如下:1)綜合(he)模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)化航電(dian)處理(li)平(ping)臺設(she)計有2塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)(kuai),在同一時刻只能有1塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器可(ke)以成(cheng)為主控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器;當(dang)模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)為主控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器時,該模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)接(jie)口的(de)發送功能,可(ke)對(dui)(dui)外發送電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)命令;當(dang)模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)為非(fei)主控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器時,禁止模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)接(jie)口的(de)發送功能,僅能接(jie)收(shou)PSM返回(hui)的(de)狀態信息。2)2塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)PSM模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)同時接(jie)收(shou)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器發送的(de)電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)管(guan)理(li)命令。3)PSM根據(ju)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器的(de)指令進(jin)行(xing)應(ying)答或(huo)執(zhi)行(xing)相應(ying)的(de)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)。圖(tu)3電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)管(guan)理(li)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)互(hu)聯(lian)框圖(tu)PSM模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)在完成(cheng)硬件(jian)初始化及上電(dian)BIT后(hou),周(zhou)期性地運行(xing)電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)管(guan)理(li)程序,首先對(dui)(dui)電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)工作(zuo)(zuo)信息進(jin)行(xing)采(cai)集,包括輸入(ru)供(gong)電(dian)狀態、各通道輸出狀態、內(nei)部(bu)工作(zuo)(zuo)溫度等,之(zhi)后(hou)查詢(xun)通信接(jie)口接(jie)收(shou)到的(de)電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)管(guan)理(li)命令,并執(zhi)行(xing)相應(ying)的(de)操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)。

2.3電(dian)源工作模式

在初始(shi)上(shang)電(dian)時(shi),每個PSM模(mo)(mo)(mo)塊上(shang)都固化(hua)有初始(shi)電(dian)源(yuan)輸出(chu)配(pei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)表(biao)(biao)(biao),PSM完成上(shang)電(dian)BIT后,根據該配(pei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)表(biao)(biao)(biao)輸出(chu)相應(ying)28VDC通(tong)道(dao)。運行過(guo)(guo)(guo)程中如(ru)果需(xu)要改(gai)變(bian)系統(tong)的(de)加電(dian)配(pei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),由系統(tong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)通(tong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)總線(xian)接口向PSM發(fa)送命令消息,PSM根據命令關(guan)(guan)閉/打開(kai)(kai)相應(ying)28VDC輸出(chu)。考慮到電(dian)源(yuan)模(mo)(mo)(mo)塊需(xu)支持多(duo)種系統(tong)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)模(mo)(mo)(mo)式(shi)(shi)(shi),可設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)多(duo)種開(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)配(pei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)表(biao)(biao)(biao),如(ru)初始(shi)化(hua)模(mo)(mo)(mo)式(shi)(shi)(shi)配(pei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)表(biao)(biao)(biao)、正常工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)模(mo)(mo)(mo)式(shi)(shi)(shi)配(pei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)表(biao)(biao)(biao)、應(ying)急工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)模(mo)(mo)(mo)式(shi)(shi)(shi)配(pei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)表(biao)(biao)(biao)等(deng)。當系統(tong)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)模(mo)(mo)(mo)式(shi)(shi)(shi)發(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)變(bian)化(hua)時(shi),不(bu)需(xu)要對(dui)每個模(mo)(mo)(mo)塊進(jin)行單獨(du)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi),只需(xu)要按照(zhao)對(dui)應(ying)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)模(mo)(mo)(mo)式(shi)(shi)(shi)切換到需(xu)要的(de)開(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)配(pei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)表(biao)(biao)(biao)。這樣的(de)設(she)計不(bu)僅易(yi)于管理,同時(shi)易(yi)于維(wei)(wei)護,并(bing)且可以直觀的(de)進(jin)行配(pei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態的(de)檢(jian)查和校(xiao)驗,避(bi)免錯誤發(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)[4]。開(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)配(pei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)表(biao)(biao)(biao)可在地(di)面維(wei)(wei)護狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態時(shi),通(tong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)維(wei)(wei)護工具生(sheng)(sheng)成并(bing)固化(hua)到電(dian)源(yuan)模(mo)(mo)(mo)塊中。產品(pin)在運行過(guo)(guo)(guo)程中不(bu)可避(bi)免的(de)會出(chu)現(xian)(xian)一些(xie)異常情況(kuang),這些(xie)異常情況(kuang)可能不(bu)會被包含在預先定義的(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)模(mo)(mo)(mo)式(shi)(shi)(shi)中,這時(shi)需(xu)要定義一些(xie)故障控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)策(ce)略(lve),當檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)到故障發(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)后,進(jin)入(ru)相應(ying)的(de)故障處(chu)理程序進(jin)行處(chu)理。例如(ru)當發(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)電(dian)源(yuan)模(mo)(mo)(mo)塊超溫故障,此時(shi)應(ying)將超溫信息上(shang)報系統(tong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi),由系統(tong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)根據當前工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)模(mo)(mo)(mo)式(shi)(shi)(shi)、執(zhi)行任務狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態及重要程度等(deng)決定是否進(jin)行關(guan)(guan)閉操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)或維(wei)(wei)持現(xian)(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)等(deng)操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo);當檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)到某模(mo)(mo)(mo)塊供(gong)電(dian)出(chu)現(xian)(xian)過(guo)(guo)(guo)流現(xian)(xian)象時(shi),電(dian)源(yuan)模(mo)(mo)(mo)塊應(ying)主動關(guan)(guan)閉該路供(gong)電(dian)開(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan),并(bing)將故障信息及處(chu)理措施(shi)上(shang)報系統(tong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)。

3結束語

本文通過(guo)(guo)某綜合模塊化航電(dian)(dian)處(chu)理平(ping)臺(tai)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)方(fang)案(an)(an)設計(ji),介紹了一種機載(zai)電(dian)(dian)子設備雙余(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)度(du)(du)智(zhi)能(neng)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)方(fang)案(an)(an)。整個系統(tong)的(de)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)從余(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)度(du)(du)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)輸入、余(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)度(du)(du)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)轉換(huan)、余(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)度(du)(du)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)輸出及(ji)余(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)度(du)(du)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)接口等幾個方(fang)面進行了余(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)度(du)(du)設計(ji),電(dian)(dian)源智(zhi)能(neng)管理通過(guo)(guo)指(zhi)定工作模式下的(de)配置表切換(huan)及(ji)異常故障模式下的(de)故障處(chu)理來進行系統(tong)重構、故障監控、故障隔離,目前(qian)已在機上進行了充分驗證,能(neng)夠大幅(fu)度(du)(du)提高整個系統(tong)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)的(de)可靠性、安全性及(ji)可用(yong)性,可為機載(zai)電(dian)(dian)子產(chan)品供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)方(fang)案(an)(an)選取和設計(ji)提供(gong)(gong)較大的(de)工程實用(yong)價值(zhi)。
