硅鋼制造管理業務數字化融合研究

摘要:提出以“云邊一體化架構”構建硅鋼智慧決策系統,來解決原硅鋼制造L1~L5系統架構模式下的數字信息孤島、業務功能割裂等問題。在此基礎上,開發了云邊協同的自學習型控制模型及業務決策模型,構建起硅鋼“智慧大腦”,形成了以研發、制造、服務等核心業務數字化融合的智能化(hua)決策支持新模式,探索出(chu)一條鋼鐵(tie)制造業數字化(hua)、智能化(hua)轉型之(zhi)路。

1技術架構

1.1硅鋼全要素大數據中臺

原來(lai)各個業(ye)務(wu)(wu)領(ling)域(yu)(yu)的數(shu)(shu)(shu)據豎井較多,不利于實現跨(kua)(kua)業(ye)務(wu)(wu)領(ling)域(yu)(yu)應(ying)用。硅鋼(gang)產品依托公司大數(shu)(shu)(shu)據中(zhong)心,以(yi)單(dan)業(ye)務(wu)(wu)領(ling)域(yu)(yu)的內在聯系(xi),按照各個業(ye)務(wu)(wu)領(ling)域(yu)(yu)相(xiang)互關聯的特點,構建(jian)跨(kua)(kua)業(ye)務(wu)(wu)領(ling)域(yu)(yu)的數(shu)(shu)(shu)據融(rong)合模型,實現采購、營銷(xiao)、制造(zao)、設備、能(neng)源、成(cheng)本、研發(fa)等各個業(ye)務(wu)(wu)領(ling)域(yu)(yu)的數(shu)(shu)(shu)據融(rong)合,構建(jian)硅鋼(gang)跨(kua)(kua)業(ye)務(wu)(wu)領(ling)域(yu)(yu)的大數(shu)(shu)(shu)據中(zhong)臺。數(shu)(shu)(shu)據中(zhong)臺的數(shu)(shu)(shu)據以(yi)數(shu)(shu)(shu)據服務(wu)(wu)的方式、電文的方式,實時與周(zhou)邊系(xi)統進行數(shu)(shu)(shu)據交(jiao)換。

3效果

寶鋼股份硅鋼事業部在此(ci)方(fang)案指(zhi)導下,建設硅鋼第(di)四(si)智慧(hui)工(gong)廠。如圖4所示,與同(tong)規(gui)模傳統(tong)工(gong)廠相比,第(di)四(si)智慧(hui)工(gong)廠極薄產品生產效率提(ti)升(sheng)15%,產品質量合格率提(ti)升(sheng)10%,制(zhi)造成本(ben)下降10%,制(zhi)造能(neng)力指(zhi)數提(ti)升(sheng)29.37%,各項技術(shu)經濟指(zhi)標保持行業領先。

4展望

中國寶武(wu)于(yu)2021年年初提出(chu)了“三跨(kua)(kua)(kua)(kua)融合(he)”的(de)(de)智慧制造(zao)發展愿景(jing),即跨(kua)(kua)(kua)(kua)產(chan)(chan)業(ye)、跨(kua)(kua)(kua)(kua)基(ji)地、跨(kua)(kua)(kua)(kua)人(ren)機界(jie)面的(de)(de)業(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)數(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)化(hua)、智能化(hua)融合(he)。據此(ci)目標規劃,尚需結合(he)鋼鐵(tie)行業(ye)與關聯領域數(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)化(hua)進(jin)(jin)展,進(jin)(jin)一(yi)步(bu)推進(jin)(jin)跨(kua)(kua)(kua)(kua)產(chan)(chan)業(ye)打(da)通(tong)鋼鐵(tie)產(chan)(chan)品全(quan)生命周期的(de)(de)業(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)數(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)化(hua)對接、“一(yi)總部(bu)多基(ji)地”模式下(xia)跨(kua)(kua)(kua)(kua)基(ji)地的(de)(de)業(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)數(shu)據融合(he)、跨(kua)(kua)(kua)(kua)人(ren)機界(jie)面的(de)(de)業(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)數(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)解析等方面的(de)(de)數(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)化(hua)轉型(xing)工作(zuo)。在(zai)此(ci)基(ji)礎上,推進(jin)(jin)跨(kua)(kua)(kua)(kua)界(jie)面的(de)(de)業(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)融合(he)和(he)業(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)流程再造(zao),創新數(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)化(hua)業(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)形態和(he)產(chan)(chan)品價值(zhi)鏈(lian)模式,以此(ci)推進(jin)(jin)整個(ge)鋼鐵(tie)行業(ye)的(de)(de)數(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)化(hua)轉型(xing)升級。
