Revista Iberiana is an academic journal dedicated to the study of Latin American literature and culture. The journal was guided by Professor Alfredo A. Roggiano from 1955 to 1991, and played an important role in defining the academic and editorial structure of the publication and its scope of knowledge. It not only published essays on Latin American literary criticism, but also published many specialized studies on authors, works, and literary periods, which are crucial for determining Latin American literary classics and their international dissemination.

The Iberian American Magazine provides important academic resources for understanding the rich literary heritage of Latin America by delving into various aspects of Latin American literature.
