Journal of Public Health in Africa (JPHiA) is a peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to health issues on the African continent. The journal aims to publish research, policy analysis, systematic reviews, and original studies on public health to promote the improvement of public health and knowledge sharing in the African region. JPHiA covers a wide range of topics, including infectious disease control, non communicable diseases, maternal and child health, environmental health, health systems and policies, providing an important academic exchange platform for public health professionals in Africa and other regions.
Its importance lies in its specialized focus on the field of public health in Africa, filling the knowledge gap in public health research and practice in the region.
