The South Asian Journal of Human Resource Management is a professional academic journal dedicated to the practice, theoretical development, and policy research of human resource management in the South Asian region. This magazine is jointly initiated by a group of scholars and practitioners with a profound understanding and research on human resource management in South Asia, aiming to provide a platform for exchange and sharing of research results for South Asian and global scholars interested in human resource management in the region.
The magazine covers various aspects of human resource management, including but not limited to organizational behavior, employee recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, labor relations, human resource strategic planning, and cross-cultural management. The magazine pays special attention to the impact and challenges of the unique social and cultural background, economic development level, and laws and regulations in South Asia on human resource management practices.
