一是(shi)明確目標(biao)任(ren)務(wu),層(ceng)層(ceng)分解,認真落實區(qu)域公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)制定的(de)(de)目標(biao)任(ren)務(wu),公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)召開(kai)目標(biao)責任(ren)制專題會議,對公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)全(quan)年的(de)(de)任(ren)務(wu)(市(shi)場開(kai)發(fa)1747戶(hu)(hu)(hu)、回款962.81萬元、安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)2063戶(hu)(hu)(hu))向各部室(shi)分解;二(er)是(shi)加(jia)(jia)快市(shi)場開(kai)發(fa),加(jia)(jia)大工(gong)業(ye)(ye)用戶(hu)(hu)(hu)的(de)(de)開(kai)發(fa),上半(ban)(ban)(ban)年完(wan)成(cheng)愷貝(bei)包裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)、建宇鋁業(ye)(ye)2戶(hu)(hu)(hu)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)用戶(hu)(hu)(hu)、銀光食堂、國(guo)稅(shui)局食堂2戶(hu)(hu)(hu)公(gong)(gong)(gong)服(fu)用戶(hu)(hu)(hu)的(de)(de)開(kai)發(fa)任(ren)務(wu),居民(min)燃氣(qi)(qi)用戶(hu)(hu)(hu)開(kai)發(fa)有(you)西(xi)關小(xiao)學、瑞豐園(yuan)小(xiao)區(qu)、泉子山小(xiao)區(qu)、新(xin)時代(dai)二(er)期、畜(chu)牧局家屬院、鐘(zhong)羅山花園(yuan)。三是(shi)加(jia)(jia)快工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)建設,工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)時間過半(ban)(ban)(ban),任(ren)務(wu)完(wan)成(cheng)過半(ban)(ban)(ban),全(quan)體(ti)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)人(ren)員(yuan)不分晝夜,不畏(wei)酷(ku)暑,上半(ban)(ban)(ban)年完(wan)成(cheng)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)用戶(hu)(hu)(hu)、公(gong)(gong)(gong)服(fu)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)、居民(min)用戶(hu)(hu)(hu)的(de)(de)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)任(ren)務(wu)總計(ji)1000多(duo)余(yu)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)。四是(shi)安(an)全(quan)運營665天,公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)加(jia)(jia)強安(an)全(quan)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li),堅持“安(an)全(quan)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)、預防為主(zhu)”的(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)思想,截(jie)止(zhi)目前總開(kai)通居民(min)燃氣(qi)(qi)用戶(hu)(hu)(hu)2100余(yu)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)。五是(shi)加(jia)(jia)大費用支出,為有(you)效減少費用支出,公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)把客服(fu)中(zhong)心搬遷(qian),一年為公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)節約費用1.6萬元。六是(shi)加(jia)(jia)強綜合(he)辦公(gong)(gong)(gong)室(shi)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li),上半(ban)(ban)(ban)年公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)接待中(zhong)石油天然氣(qi)(qi)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)領導(dao)研(yan)討《光山之子徐子仁書(shu)稿》修訂得到中(zhong)石油天然氣(qi)(qi)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)領導(dao)充分認可,同時,狠抓人(ren)力資(zi)(zi)源管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li),截(jie)止(zhi)上半(ban)(ban)(ban)年公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)無(wu)勞動糾紛發(fa)生。七是(shi)加(jia)(jia)強了物(wu)(wu)資(zi)(zi)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li),實行(xing)嚴格出入庫(ku)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)程(cheng)(cheng)序(xu),對重要管(guan)(guan)件(jian)實行(xing)封(feng)閉管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)、對倉(cang)庫(ku)物(wu)(wu)資(zi)(zi)進行(xing)有(you)序(xu)陳(chen)列擺放,物(wu)(wu)資(zi)(zi)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)較上年大大提高(gao)。
二、落(luo)實加(jia)氣站(zhan)工程建設(she),推動公司發展
根據區域(yu)公司(si)工(gong)作要求,加(jia)(jia)快加(jia)(jia)氣站(zhan)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she),公司(si)制(zhi)定了(le)加(jia)(jia)氣站(zhan)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)方案,成(cheng)立了(le)加(jia)(jia)氣站(zhan)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)領導小組,加(jia)(jia)氣站(zhan)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)工(gong)作全(quan)面展開。一是(shi)(shi)(shi)公司(si)加(jia)(jia)緊施工(gong)手續辦理,目(mu)前加(jia)(jia)氣站(zhan)選址、環評、立項、消防、地(di)震、安評等手續已(yi)經(jing)辦理完(wan)(wan)畢(bi);二是(shi)(shi)(shi)委托新地(di)燃氣設(she)計(ji)院(yuan)設(she)計(ji)了(le)施工(gong)圖紙;三是(shi)(shi)(shi)簽訂施工(gong)合(he)同,組織工(gong)程施工(gong);四是(shi)(shi)(shi)在區域(yu)公司(si)的大力支(zhi)持(chi)下設(she)備安裝即將完(wan)(wan)畢(bi)。

(一)加(jia)(jia)強市(shi)(shi)場(chang)開(kai)(kai)(kai)發(fa)(fa)(fa)。今年,為(wei)了(le)加(jia)(jia)大市(shi)(shi)場(chang)開(kai)(kai)(kai)發(fa)(fa)(fa)力(li)度(du),我們一是(shi)(shi)明確市(shi)(shi)場(chang)開(kai)(kai)(kai)發(fa)(fa)(fa)目標。針(zhen)對城區新建(jian)樓群(qun)分(fen)工(gong)包片、責(ze)任(ren)(ren)到人(ren),集中力(li)量,簽(qian)定合同(tong),落實市(shi)(shi)場(chang)開(kai)(kai)(kai)發(fa)(fa)(fa)任(ren)(ren)務(wu)到人(ren)。二是(shi)(shi)加(jia)(jia)大宣(xuan)傳力(li)度(du)。通過文(wen)藝演出(chu)和發(fa)(fa)(fa)放宣(xuan)傳資(zi)料,讓人(ren)們充(chong)分(fen)了(le)解使用(yong)天然氣的好處,促進市(shi)(shi)場(chang)的開(kai)(kai)(kai)發(fa)(fa)(fa)。三是(shi)(shi)全員參與市(shi)(shi)場(chang)開(kai)(kai)(kai)發(fa)(fa)(fa)。挖掘每個(ge)員工(gong)的潛力(li),每個(ge)人(ren)都將(jiang)市(shi)(shi)場(chang)開(kai)(kai)(kai)發(fa)(fa)(fa)作為(wei)一項份內任(ren)(ren)務(wu),共同(tong)開(kai)(kai)(kai)發(fa)(fa)(fa)。
